Soccer fans and LEGO lovers have something new to cheer about this summer! We recently visited LEGOLAND Florida Resort to experience the limited-time FIFA World Cup 2026 Experience, and it was a fun addition to a day already packed with family-friendly adventures.

Running from June 11 through July 19, the FIFA World Cup 2026 Experience brings together soccer, LEGO building, and hands-on challenges designed especially for kids and families. The event is included with regular park admission and features interactive games, LEGO building activities, photo opportunities, and soccer-themed experiences throughout the park.

What We Loved

Interactive Soccer Challenges

The highlight for many kids will be the Training Academy activities located throughout the park. Families can test their skills with:

  • Spot Shot, a soccer accuracy challenge
  • Super Squad, a fast-paced teamwork passing game
  • The Kick Off, where kids can try to score against a LEGO minifigure goalie

These activities are simple enough for younger children to enjoy but still engaging for older kids who love sports.

LEGO and Soccer Combined

One of the most unique parts of the experience is how LEGOLAND blends soccer with creativity. Kids can build their own LEGO soccer jersey and add it to the Heroes of Play Wall. There are also impressive brick-built soccer legends and a LEGO FIFA World Cup Trophy photo opportunity.

Great for Families (Even if You're Not Soccer Fans)

While soccer is the theme, you don't need to be a huge FIFA fan to enjoy the experience. The activities focus on movement, teamwork, and creativity, making them accessible for families with children of different ages and interests.

Our family appreciated that the experience didn't require a huge time commitment. We were able to participate in the activities while still enjoying our favorite LEGOLAND rides and attractions throughout the day.

Things to Know Before You Go

  • The FIFA World Cup 2026 Experience is available through July 19, 2026.
  • Activities are included with regular park admission.
  • Some experiences are outdoors, so remember to bring sunscreen and water.
  • Younger children may enjoy the LEGO building activities most, while older kids may gravitate toward the soccer challenges.

If your family is planning a trip to LEGOLAND Florida this summer, the FIFA World Cup 2026 Experience adds an extra layer of fun to your visit. The combination of soccer challenges, LEGO creativity, and interactive play makes it a worthwhile stop, especially for families with sports-loving kids.

Whether you're practicing your goal-scoring skills, building a custom LEGO jersey, or snapping a photo with the LEGO FIFA World Cup Trophy, there's plenty to keep kids engaged while creating memorable family moments.
